Prep week goes live tomorrow in our Run Club! We don’t “officially” take off running until next Monday, 9/15, but if you’re anything like me, the anticipation leading up to starting something is the most fun.
It’s a dreamy phase where you get to imagine yourself at the end of the 12 weeks: not only are you running a 5K, but you’re exponentially stronger with all of the strength training and Pilates you’ve been doing!

Here is a little look into what we’re sinking our teeth into starting…TOMORROW!
-You’ll begin taking the Pilates for Running Class (only 35 min)
-You’ll begin 2 strength training workouts (20-45 min each; you can use just body weight if you don’t have weights!).
-Postpartum Running 101: EVERYTHING you need to know when returning to running when postpartum
-A separate lesson about postpartum running and your pelvic floor (Why you might be feeling symptoms when you run + what do actually do about these symptoms. We’ll also go over helpful tips for the pelvic floor, such as the benefits of running uphill).
-Our group to get live coaching from me goes live tomorrow!
-Nutrition for optimal energy and feeling like a queen, meeting your body’s new training demands, and maintaining milk supply.
+ My personal running gear recommendations
All of this and we haven’t even officially started yet!
